Now Wall Street Is Down.. But Why?

We are all paying a price for the leadership vacuum in Washington, and now so are Wall Street investors – both large and small.

Why is Wall Street DOWN despite record corporate profits?
Simple – institutional investors have lost faith in our government’s ability to “get things done” without discord, extremist dogma and
petty political gamesmanship.

In short they question our elected officials ability to lead; both in
Congress and the White House.

For almost a decade the majority of American public that President Nixon (whom I am no rabid fan of) often referred to as “The Silent Majority” have been whipsawed by extremist elements in both major political parties. Tea Baggers, Lefties, Righties, Neocons etc…..  Even mainstream moderate members of the political establishment in both parties are being held “hostage” by vocal, irresponsible extremists from within their own ranks.

This has led to a leadership vacuum excluding ” THE SILENT MAJORITY” of Americans who advocate compromise for the sake of the  WHOLE country, and just not one extremist set of rules, pledges and  uncompromising attitudes.

So before you blame any of the lefties or righties who have hijacked our political system; take a hard look in the mirror and ask yourself why DID I/we/you let them do it?
